Customer Service Specialist – IT Help Desk

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be directly interacting with customers and providing level 1 and 2 technical support. You help customers through configuration and setup and trouble shoot service issues. You will have exposure to advanced concepts of cloud servers, networking, security, and systems maintenance. If you enjoy working with people, have a passion for computer technology and are detail-oriented, then you will be a perfect fit.
