Pathao is looking to build its next generation of leaders through an intensive one year Management Trainee Scheme. Upon successful completion of this scheme, candidates will be fast-tracked to managerial positions.

In this position, you will be given the unique opportunity to gain the knowledge and experience required for promotion to management positions under direction of experienced personnel. Comprehensive training will include duties in several departments such as Finance, Human Resource, Marketing, Pilot Operations, Courier Operations, Rides Operations, Customer Experience and Product . Management Trainee Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Fresh Graduates or early professionals with a maximum of 2 years' post graduation work experience
